Pre-need cost of a private charter air carrier to transport my mother’s body from CA to FL for burial.?

I don’t expect to have to need for a funeral for at least 8 to 10 years. I’m just trying to work out a budget to save for.

I have no idea what a private charter air carrier would charge to transport a casket from Calif to Fla. But I do know that major airlines like American Airlines transports caskets and they would be ALOT cheaper then a private charter. Call the major carriers in your area and ask them. Then you’ll have to pay for the funeral home in each state to transport her to and from the airport.
