5)Regulate exercise habits so people don’t exhale too much
6)Implant a chip in every person and household that regulates carbon offsets
7)Turn the state of Texas into a rainforest full of arboreal flora.
8)Anoint Al Gore as Emperor of the Globe and Chief Executive of Carbon
9)Ban backyard BBQ’s and force everyone to cook with a George Foreman Grill
10)Install walkways like the one’s in the airports all across the country so that people don’t need to drive or exert themselves (exhaling CO2) in order to get where they need to go.

I think it’s funny. Satire makes environmentalists look like psychos.
